luxurybuses.com is a concern of SPAN group
of companies and acts as a booking agent of the
transporters/coach operators providing the services
and bears no responsibility as the principal.
Passengers are requested to report at least 15 minutes before the departure of the bus and also
wait at the schedule pickup time even if the bus is
running late from it schedule time of arrival.
The luxury buses shell not in any way be responsible
for any loss or theft of goods or any property of
the tourist in the bus or in the booking office.
luggage is carried at owners risk.
CANCELLATION
- No refund if cancelled on the
same day of the departure.
- 50% refund if cancelled one working day
before the day of departure.
- 75% refund if cancelled before 2 clear
working days.
No refund will be made in case of mechanical trouble
to the vehicle on route or landslides or any other
reason beyond the control of the The Luxury Buses.
The Luxury Buses shall not be responsible in any
matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to
the passengers during the journey either due to the
breakdown of the vehicle or due to any other cause/
unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of The
Luxury Buses.
