    The luxurybuses.com is a concern of Himachal Tourists Reservationn Centre and acts only as a booking agent of the transporters/coach operators providing the services and it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and user as regards the standards of services provider in no circumstance shall HTRC be liable for services provided by the service vender and no responsibility as the principal.

    Passengers are requested to report at least 15 minutes before the departure of the bus and also wait at the schedule pickup time even if the bus is running late from it schedule time of arrival.

    The luxury buses shell not in any way is responsible for any loss or theft of goods or any property of the tourist in the bus or in the booking office. Luggage is carried at owner’s risk.

    CANCELLATION POLICE

    • 75% refund if ticket cancelled before two working day before the day of departure.
    • 50% refund if ticket cancelled one working day before the day of departure.
    • No refund if cancelled on the same day of the departure.

    No refund will be made in case of mechanical trouble to the vehicle on route or landslides or any other reason beyond the control of the The Luxury Buses / Himachal Tourists Reservationn Centre.

    The Luxury Buses / Himachal Tourists Reservationn Centre shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicle or due to any other cause/unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of The Luxury Buses / Himachal Tourists Reservationn Centre.
